Our reschedule and cancellation policy is simple and straightforward.

Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your booking, for any reason.

Cancellations are allowed; however, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of bad weather.

Refunds are only available due to bad weather conditions.

Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, there are two possible options:
Option 1: Reschedule
You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
Option 2: Cancel & Refund
A cancellation with a full refund is possible only if the cancellation is initiated by our team. While you are always free to reschedule your booking, refunds can only be processed when we cancel the booking on our side.
Please note that we have extensive experience with weather conditions in Dubai and carefully assess when it is best to proceed or cancel a booking. Our priority is always to ensure your safety and provide you with the best possible experience.
