Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Our reschedule and cancellation policy is simple and straightforward.

  • Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your booking, for any reason.

  • Cancellations are allowed; however, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of bad weather.

  • Refunds are only available due to bad weather conditions.

How to Reschedule

  • All rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp only.
    Requests sent by email will not be processed or answered.

  • To reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 52 552 1149 and share the following details:

    • First & Last Name

    • Current booking date

    • New requested date and time

Please note: Make sure to check the calendar first to confirm that your new requested date and time are available before contacting us.

Voucher Option

  • If you do not have a new date yet, we can issue a voucher valid for 2 years, allowing you to reschedule and book at any time you like.

  • If someone in your group is unable to attend and this is communicated at least 24 hours before the booking, a voucher can be issued for that person to be used at a later date.
    The voucher amount can also be used toward additional services or food and drinks.
    Please note: No refunds will be issued.


Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, there are two possible options:

Option 1: Reschedule
You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

Option 2: Cancel & Refund
A cancellation with a full refund is possible only if the cancellation is initiated by our team. While you are always free to reschedule your booking, refunds can only be processed when we cancel the booking on our side.

Please note that we have extensive experience with weather conditions in Dubai and carefully assess when it is best to proceed or cancel a booking. Our priority is always to ensure your safety and provide you with the best possible experience.
